KATHY FOGG

As President of Fogg Realty Co., Kathy oversees brokerage services for clients who are marketing or buying properties of their own. Kathy is the founder and owner of Fogg Realty Co., which is a full-service industrial-commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in land assemblage and development.

Kathy has been involved with real estate development her entire life. As a pre-teen, she was employed at the family business, Ray Fogg Building Methods, Inc. as a part-time copy clerk and errand girl. Throughout high school and college, as her obvious interest in the business grew, she was in attendance in meetings with her father and clients, bankers, and real estate partners, first as an observer, and later as active member of the negotiating and contract team.

Upon graduation from college, she became a full-time employee holding the positions of Assistant to the President (1979-1992), Vice-President for Real Estate (1992-1997), and Treasurer (1981-present). She was responsible for the development, leasing and management of 2.5 million square feet of space.

On January 1, 1998 Kathy left the family firm in order to devote her full efforts to her brokerage firm, Fogg Realty Co.

Kathy grew up in Greater Cleveland, and attended Kent State University where she earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with double majors in Real Estate and Finance, and a minor in Business Management.

Kathy obtained her Ohio Real Estate Agent's License in 1978, and her Ohio Real Estate Broker's License in 1983.

In 1985, Kathy founded Fogg Realty Co, an Ohio corporation, of which she is the President and CEO.

Since 1985, Kathy Fogg has been the Exclusive Broker for Brunswick Industrial Park, a 260 acre development of Nationwide Development Co. During this period, Fogg Realty Co. has been responsible for sales in excess of 235 acres. Only a few sites remain for sale, plus a 7.3 acre site available for a build to suit lease opportunity.
